Tsujiri is a small matcha café located in the centre of London Soho. They offer soft serve, sundaes and various drinks with Matcha, Vanilla and occasionally Hojicha (roasted tea) flavours. Inside gives a fresh and spacious feel with high seating arrangements, clean wooden tables and bright lighting. You’re welcomed by the warm smile of staff and a neat composition of ice-cream and barista machines.
Their sundaes are a weird/cute composition between soft, cold, crunchy, juicy and chewy all in one cup. Of course, there are various choices available but the crunchy sundae gave a fun mouthful every time. There was enough ice-cream to appreciate the matcha flavour, but also, just enough toppings and filling to make it exciting. There’s bound to be one thing on there that suits everyone’s tastebuds.
