Focusing on detailing aspect on this one! I like to play around with different shapes, as there isn't AS much scope for variation in fresh cream piping compared to buttercream cakes, there is beauty in simplicity and creativity in edible decorations.
Piping tips I used: St Honorรฉ nozzle and leaf tip.

3) Add so much juciness and freshness to our lives.
Many cakes usually use a fruit cocktail mix from a can; honestly, that taste like nothing when you compare fresh fruit in cake. The pros about the can is it's cheap, convenient and fruits will always be sweet (as they're infusing in syrup). They are great in jelly though!
